who knows, maybe it is for something else bigger, maybe an Easter egg (Forgotten item they didn't delete) it might probibly be a reputation thing. It says "This room can only be unlocked by Dwarfs, or their friends and relatives". It could mean at rank 10 dwarfhold rep, you are thier friend and can access it. like i said, who knows!
