Who wrote the music for batman the dark knight?

The 1960s series theme (na na na na na na na na naaah ... BAT-MAN!) was written by Neil Hefti.

The 1990s animated series theme was written by Danny Elfman.

I can't readily find the answer to who composed the music for the 2004 animated series.
