Who are the Philippines current military allies?

Currently, and to what I know, the Philippines' ally is the United States of America

Which is supported by the 'Mutual Defense Treaty (US-Philippines)'

It cannot be South Korea for we (Us Filipinos) don't know any military relations

It cannot be Japan for Japan has no Armed Forces but has a Japan Self-Defense Forces

It cannot be New Zealand or Australia for we (Us Filipinos) don't hear much from them

It cannot be Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Nepal, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Palau, East-Timor, or Papua New Guinea for {same reason as NZ and Australia}
