and unlike other starvation diets when you start eating again you do not gain the weight. my tips are to drink lots of lemon water and stay out of the kitchin this will help you not have the need for food. after about 4 days you stop feeling the need for food. doing exersises help to, try doing as many sit ups as you can before bed. if you ever feel the need to eat grab something to eat , try something like celery or yogurt or drink soup. NOTHING ELS.
