What do you look for when a faucet slowly turns off after you have turned it on?

check your faucet screen....by screwing it off counter clockwise with a pair of pliers while covering the shiny pretty chrome with a cloth of sorts to keep your finish nice and keen. It is probably just plugged up...that's the simple fix. If that's not it, I would check to be sure you have water elsewhere, check the meter to see if it is running next, then check to be sure you sent the check!
