How much horsepower in a 1100 Honda shadow 1985?

This bike has much mote power than the later models. As a matter of fact, I bought a 2007 Shadow 1100 Spirit early this year straight out of the crate. My 85 VT1100C would run off and leave it. I sold the 07 with 290 miles on it because of the dissatisfaction. Below you will find the specs for the 85 VT1100C. Hope this helps, Ed

Just to make a correction to the above statement the 1100 shadow is not a v-four it is a v-twin and the hp rating is about 60-70.The v-four Honda motors came out in the Magna's and the Interseptors.
