How do you rent timeshare?

Renting a timeshare is relatively easy, it just depends how you do it. I've heard of people renting to friends and family in a more informal fashion, usually basing the rate on the maintainence fees of the resort.

The other route, and probably most secure, is going through a resale company. Renting timeshares is considerably safer than buying or selling as there are no massive legal proccesses to go through and nothing beyond the fees needs to change hands.

For that piece of mind though, a registered and regonised resales company does ensure that what money you do put down is secure and you are protected.
