Is colouring the ends of your hair with highlighter bad for your hair?

Yes if your using chemicals because the ends are the oldest parts of your hair and you need to treat them well because they can be damaged very easily. If your trying to do semi-permenant use Kool-Aid and look up on YouTube to make it last for a while. :)
