Probably 2 or 3 miles at least... I would walk 3 times a day. 1. After breakfast 2. After lunch 3. After dinner It will help alot. Trust me! A pound of body fat is equivalent to about 3000 calories. A 200 lb person burns about 200 calories /mile so... about thirty miles. If you walk 3 miles three times a day, you are looking at loosing a pound of body fat every 5 days - provided your eating habbits remain unchanged.
