What do you use to prevent your lip piercing from getting infected?

clean it with mouthwash preferably non-alchoholic 2-3 times a day and also clean the outside with sea salt mixed with warm water or saline solution 2-3 times per day....... don't use hydrogen peroxide because it is to strong and can irritate the piercing. if you get an infection just keep cleaning it and if it gets worse ring your piercer and they'll either tell you to go into the shop or to go and see your doctor hope i helped
