What to do if a phone dropped and is not turning on?

Im not too sure but if i were you i would send it of to get it repaired or take the battery out and leave it for a few minutes and then put the battery back in and perhaps put it on charge... not sure if it will work but give it ago i have just had a similar problem with my phone coming in contact with water :E
