Where does a koale live?

Koalas primarily inhabit eucalyptus forests and woodlands along the eastern and southeastern coasts of Australia. They are most commonly found in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia. These marsupials rely on eucalyptus trees for food and shelter, spending most of their time in the treetops.
