To make a multi-camera sequence in Premiere, first import all the camera angles into the project. Then create a new sequence and drag all the camera angles onto the timeline. Right-click on the clips and select "Synchronize" to sync them based on audio or timecode. Once synced, right-click on the clips again and choose "Create Multi-Camera Source Sequence." This will create a new sequence with all the camera angles synced and ready for editing.
