What is the word for someone who can sing in a language but can't speak it I want to say I am lingual in English and can sing in French but I don't know the word for can sing?

All you need to do is find sheet music in the language you want to learn the song in. Any can learn to sing in another language and still not be fluent in that language. I know some latin songs and the basic vowels etc. but I don't talk in latin. I hope I understood you right.
