What does a Indian cobra look like?

An indian cobra can be dark to light sandy brown with a hood, and a flickering pink tongue and two big dark brown spots on front of it's hood, a little lower on the head. On the back of it's impressive hood is a skinny "horseshoe" that seems burnt there. Lengend says that the Hindus believe it to be the footmarks of Krishna, who danced on Kaliya snake's head.
