What will you do to eliminate your blindspot?

To eliminate my blind spot, I will actively seek feedback from peers and mentors to gain different perspectives on my performance and decision-making. Additionally, I will engage in self-reflection and critical thinking exercises to identify areas where I may lack awareness. Finally, I will commit to continuous learning by attending workshops or reading relevant material to broaden my understanding and challenge my assumptions.
