Where is the dotted hole on island 6 in FireRed?

I believe that after you give the ruby to Celio on 1 island, you can now visit dotted hole, use cut on the metal door (select a Pokemon in your party that knows it). If you go before returning the ruby, a scientist blocks the way. After that, you can access and move down a series of holes that lead you to the emerald. The scientist mentioned earlier will steal it, claiming it is his and he tells you the second passWord for the rocket warehouse. The dots on multiple walls everywhere are actually brail, a brail packet was included in the original fire red/leaf green box but you can just guess and check like I did. :) hope this helped
