Walk up and down lots and lots of stairs. Also squat exercises will help.Eat tons of ice cream and Bigmacs.oh yeah... and become fat enough to get on T.V? i don't think soOther than lots of donuts which will make everything grow bigger, the only way I know is exercise. There are certain excercises you can do that target the rear end. You will be firming and building muscle in this area just like you would build biceps by lifting weights. Other than that - it's Dunkin Donuts here I come!Eat mashmallows and lard Sandwiches washing it down with plenty of soft drinks while watching tv 24/7DO ALOT OF SQUATS AND DEEP SQUATS MANY MANY TIME A DAY EVERYDAYEat fried chicken! Eat it everday but make sure to do some squat thrusts too!
