How do fix a the pump on a shotgun?

Best to take it to an experienced armourer at a local gun shop. There are quite a few small parts in the mechanism which need to be correctly adjusted for it to work properly.

Unless it is badly damaged it should not cost more than the price of a couple of boxes of cartridges.
