Who was the youngest person to start talking?

Normally, babies start talking at 6 months, however my one friend's little brother started talking at 3 1/2 months! However it was simple Words, like ma, and pa. He learned more Words in English by 1 year, and could talk small things like, 'mommy, milky' at 1 and 1/2 years.
