With a graphic program such as Adobe
Photoshop. You create a layer, paste your logo/watermark, adjust the size/position and then adjust the transparency of the layer. Once the watermark meets your visual needs, merge all layers or save as an image (i.e. jpeg, tiff, bmp, etc.)
