Paella, a traditional Spanish Valencian rice dish, is made with short grain white rice, chicken, rabbit, snail, suck, butterbean, great northern bean, runner bean, artichoke, tomatoes, rosemary, paprika, saffron (for the trademark yellow coloring as well as flavor), garlic, salt, olive oil and water. However, many modifications can be made to suit the chef's taste, as many people do not enjoy the taste of snail.
