Why child abuse is important?

umm im gonna start by saying the obvious.. CHILD ABUSE SHOULD NOT BE IMORTANT TO ANYONE. if you truely feel that it is important and your not just asking questiions to be rebelious....then i suggest you seek help from a specialist or councilor
