I'm 5'10" and i weigh 147. I wrestle and I'm almost taller than everone in my weight class, but I'm not stick thin, I've got muscle. I would say it depends if you have a lot of muscle and little fat, because some people my height weigh in that neighborhood and either have a lot of muscle or are fat. I would say 140-145 would be pretty good if you want average muscle/fat?
