How often should curtains be replaced?

There are a few different times when you should probably change your curtains. If you are updating your home, or a specific room, curtains are a relatively inexpensive way to make a statement in a room.

If you are not updating, but would like a change in general then curtains are a great place to start.

I would also recommend curtains if they are showing signs of wear or have faded from the sun.
