What are the laws concerning car title loans in Wisconsin?

I am a senior on disibility and my ssdi check is my only income. I now find that I can no longer keep up the monthly payments. Do I have any recourse with a problem I'm having with the title loan co. that I'm dealing with. My check comes the third each month but my payment is due the 27th of each month and they wont change so I get nailed with a late charge each month.
