My budgie's foot won't stop bleeding and I can't afford a vet can someone tell you how to fix it?

If you cant afford a vet then you should not have adopted the bird in the first place. That is not fair to thebird.

But, use styptic powder immediatly.

It will eventually die of blood loss.
