How old do you have to be able to go to a Chris Brown concert?

well iv been to a Rihanna concert recently and she was amazing i love her !! im 13 you have to be over 14 to go standing on your own or if your under you can stand with and adult over 16 if your sitting i think u need to be 12 on ur on x
