How do you get rid of a puffle?

You click on your puffle that you want to get rid of, where you see the medal there will be a arrow next to the medal then you'll see a darkened puffle with a red X in the middle. You click on that sign then it will say " Are you sure you want to return your puffle,(your puffle's name) to the wild, then click yes, or no. Hope this helped.
