What are the strengths and weaknesses of Dorian Gray?

Dorian's flaw is his belief that his wrongdoings will leave no mark on his conscience, and only on the portrait. He wrongly assumes and learns (from Lord Henry Wotton) that beauty and youth are the only matters of importance, and neglects to consider the repercussions of his actions.
