What is white mold on house plants?

Mostly beneficial bacteria- trichoderma and mycorrazae. Sorry for the misspelling but they are great for plants. These bacterial fungus can invade the root system and provide the infected plants with a symbiotic relationship. By living on/in the plant root system they reach out in the soil and bring nutrients inward to the plant. Also, they have the ability to ward or eat bad pathogens.
