Can you make refry into a Spanish word?

If this is referring to the Frito-Lay snack food, Fritos would is the same in English and Spanish with the exception of the "OO" sound many add to the o at the end of Words. It's not Free-toes, It's free-tohs.

The spanish Word fritos or fritas means fried. As in fried potatoes
