Is it ok to ride an electric razor scooter in the rain?

The razor E300 is ok to ride but not while it's raining but after the rain has stopped and there are only puddles on the floor you ride but not through them because you will get the battery box wet and the battery will cut out,but otherwise you are fine . Hope this helped
