What is the medicine for permanent hair removal in alternative medicine?

I heard that Datura plant commonly known as Indian Thorn Apple works as a permanent hair remover even on scalp. One of the Indian widows wanted to avoid a barber who visits every month to shave her head (It is a custom in India to shave head for widows). She brings a bunch of Datura fruits, smashes and apply its juice to her head to get her hairs removed permanently on scalp. This I have tried once on my leg (test area) which works. The name of the particular species is not known to me.
