Did Alice Cullen have visions before she became a vampire?

Yes, the Cullens do know when Alice is having a vision. She gets a far off look in her eyes, like she's somewhere completely else. Other than that Edward is a mind reader, so he obviously knows. The Cullens have also known her for a very long time, and know her better than anyone.
