Who owns Troy-Bilt?

Troy-Bilt started out owned and manufactured by Garden Way Inc of Troy, NY. In 2001 the company filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and was bought out by MTD who also owns Cub Cadet and Bolens they are now manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio at the Troy-Bilt LLC plant.
