How do you open a Toshiba CT-RC2US-17?

To open a Toshiba CT-RC2US-17 remote control, locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote. Slide the compartment cover in the direction indicated by the arrows or press the tab to release it. Once open, you can replace the batteries as needed. Afterward, simply reattach the cover by sliding it back into place.
