How do you get through the puzzle tiles on Astro Knights Island?

You just have to keep clicking the tiles randomly until the picture is clear. then you will access to inside the castle.

Or you could stop clicking them randomly, reset them, and click on these 10 panels once each : all four panels in the 2nd row, the middle two in the 3rd row, and all four in the 4th row. (There is seldom anything random on Poptropica.)
