Where can you type something and computer says it?

You'd need some sort of text-to-speech software. Most computers aren't going to have a built in TTS software that just reads anything you type, however, Windows does have a screen-reader, which can read back what you're typing on character at a time (assuming you set that option).

If you're looking for something that you can type a bunch of stuff into and click "read" to have it all read back to you, you're going to have to search around for some text reader or text to speech software.

Or just google "BonziBuddy" and see if that horrible piece of adware still exists out there someplace.
