I found a turtle on the road two days ago but he won't eat what should I do?

Try putting the turtle in a dark corner. Or cover it so that it has a nice shaded area to dine. Then place some food near the shelter and if all else fails the turtle probably has a specific diet and you should clear it with a vet just in case it is sick.
