Is a Yamaha rt 100 too big for an 10 year old boy?

If he has some experience on a smaller bike and he is average height then he should be ok. My son is 11 years old and has an RT100. He also rides a TTR125 which is a bit bigger. Although he can only just touch the ground on the 125.
