Find heart scales in Pokemon Ruby?

There are 14 Heart Scales hidden throughout the game, all of which are most easily found using the Itemfinder. They are as follows:

Route 104: 1 hidden on the beach.
Route 105: 1 hidden on a small sand island.
Route 106: 1 hidden on the beach.
Route 109: 2 hidden on the beach and 1 hidden on the small island with the red umbrella.
Route 115: 1 hidden on the beach.
Route 118: 1 hidden on the beach.
Route 124: 2 hidden underwater.
Route 126: 1 hidden underwater.
Route 127: 1 hidden underwater.
Route 128: 3 hidden, each on a different island.

Apart from those, the only Heart Scales in the game are held by Luvdisc.
