Do you need to put on an aluminum coating over a new rubber roof and do you have to have a tear off of the old asphalt roof before putting it on?

Hi, i am a roofer why are you putting a rubber system on? Why dont you apply a flat roofing bitumen system on it all you would have to do is apply a primer on it and blast 1 lear on apply a silver reflective coating and forget it i have been doing it for 23 years hey i did my mums 18 years ago and it still looks good about the size of a single garage it would cost you no more than £350 and that is with nice welted drip all the way round any colour just let us know buddy if you need any more info, cheers Keith.
