What is the different between a turkey crown and turkey butterfly?

A turkey crown is the breasts of a bird cut off together, witht he wings taken off. A turkey crown has the breast bone left in so it holds its shape.

A turkey Butterfly is both breasts taken off the bone but joined together by the skin, so it flaps about like a "butterfly".

Both cuts are the same cut except:-

Crown= BONE IN

Butterfly= BONELESS
