What facts would suggest that Trader Joe's's has adopted a market oriented approach?

first for my opinion i think the whole grocery store idea was market oriented idea

second he used a combination of outstanding employees selected for their attitude , ability and other important specifications as longs as they can deal good and satisfy the customer what ever his or her needs and wants .

third he build a very strong relationship between his employees ( grocery ) and the customers .

forth he had coordinated the employees activities very well so he made an upward flow of information from customer through the employees to the management
