By doing that sitting in air exercise, you can do it by sitting against a wall but not having a chair under you or even try walking

Assuming you are ruling out surgery, spot reduction of fat is generally not possible and certainly will not happen by exercising the muscles that lie underneath. You are best just trying to lose fat the usual ways, low GL diet, intense exercise etc. etc.
