Why is 5-Hour Energy bad for you?

If you look at the ingredients on the bottle (I remember this from when I worked at a gas station) It contains alarmingly high levels of vitamin b12, and other vitamins that give you energy. I forget the exact numbers, but I believe it contains 3000% or more of your recommended daily doses.
