You are a friend of a girl that when you asked if she had a email she said no and blushed and does she think you are cute and how should you get her phone you were thinking at the end of the year?

You obviously made her nervous and she is seemingly shy or she could have been embarrassed that she does not have an email because it is such a popular trend these days. Don't wait if you want to talk to her - speak with her and simply ask her if you could call her sometime then you will know for sure from her answer. If she says no then you will know she is not interested. Unfortunately it sounds as though her parents do not want her dating at this time which would explain her blushing and you as well as she will have to respect their decision but that does not mean you cannot continue to be friends while at school or wherever it is you are able to see one another. It is best to wait until it is acceptable for you to date - I realize that may not be what you both want to do but it could cause many problems for you both if you were to lie and hide a relationship.
