Alot of cardiovascular work outs give good exercise. This is alot better than weights if your looking to work out. But mayb you could put both together and tone up? Do smaller weights but for a longer length of time (more reps) also a cross trainer is fantastic for weight loss, this is because it works all parts of the body, bum, legs, tummy, arms, chest.
