Why do drug company cartels not allow cancer cures?

its simply population control and its not really even the drug cartels its the government that's rejecting the cure well the fda cause it wasn't done under there standards but yet fda can put stuff that's not safe for us in our food but wont let the cure pass it is population control like i said what else could it be?
